This app is specifically designed for use with the Wear OS system on TicWatch S and TicWatch E. It is not supported on mobile phones.

Once the app is updated, users can utilize the TicPulse App seamlessly. However, it is important to note that this app needs to be used in conjunction with the TicHealth App.

Users can take advantage of the following functions:

1. 24-hour heart rate monitoring and line chart recording
2. Resting heart rate analysis through advanced algorithms
3. Personalized heart rate zones and time distributions
4. Access to a 7-day history of resting heart rates

To ensure successful synchronization of health and exercise data, please follow these steps:

1. Update all the apps on your watch including "TicHealth," "TicExercise," "TicAccount," and "TicPrivacy."
2. Enable the "Data sync" switch in the TicPrivacy app.
3. Disable and re-enable the Bluetooth connection between your watch and phone.
